Our tin capsules are manufactured in the most technologically advanced plants using the best available tin (99.99% pure tin with lead residues below 100 parts per million) resulting in tin capsules which fit every bottle neck perfectly. With a variety of customization options, customers can decorate their tin capsules to the most versatile extend. The various customization options available are as follow:

Top Customization:

• Screen ink printed – 1 colour other than that of the base
• Ink printed and embossed
• Perforated
• With or without cork finish top

Skirt/Side Customization:

• Screen ink printed – 3 colour other than that of the base
• Tear off perforations
• Interrupted bead (ribbing)
• Continuous bead (ribbing)

Technical specification:

• Diameter ranging from 27.5 mm to 47 mm
• Length ranging from 35 mm to 60 mm
• Top breather holes 1-2-3-4
• Taper according to diameter and length

Tin capsules are available in satin, polished, matte and pearl finish
Tin capsule also come with an option of strip of dual-line slots opening, with tear-off tab made onmaterial.
